Happy Women's History Month! ๐ŸŽˆ As the father of a 2-year-old daughter, I want her to know there is some incredible women in the data world.

Here are some of my favorite career pivot stories that inspire me: ๐Ÿ‘‡

Sundas Khalid - high school drop out, non-native english speaker, but became a data analyst at Google.

Rachael Finch - no data degree, worked the night shift but becomes a business intelligence engineer.

Erin Shina - music therapist, nothing to do with data and yet is a Senior Financial Analyst at Humana

And here are 3 of my favorite lessons I've learned: ๐Ÿ‘‡

Cole Knaflic - your presentation > your analysis: doesn't matter what you do if you communicate poorly.

Hana M.K. - don't collect skills like Pokemon cards, focus on analyzing w/ what skills you have now!

Jess Ramos - utilize your surrounds to your advantage, find people who can help advise & mentor you!

No matter your background. No matter your degree. No matter where you live. No matter your former experience. You can pivot into today.

You've got this, my friend! Don't give up.
